“I picked Bay Harbor to try and escape the Sargassum problem impacting the Caribbean/ Atlantic shoreline. It worked... even though we stayed in July which is the worse month for Sargassum, because the hotel is on the island's leeward side there was no seaweed on the hotel's beach or bay! Just a totally chill, hidden gem, tropical paradise. They have a dock you can swim off of in front of the hotel, there are kayaks free to use, free bicycles as well. We stayed on the top floor and the views...

“Great property, modern, spacious and updated. Staff was amazing. Only drawback was property is located on a busy street, and traffic can be very loud.”

“Kaitlynn - the property manager - was exceptional in every way, with prompt answers to questions before and during our stay. We stayed in 2 different units during our 2 week vacation, both were excellent, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. With the ocean breezes, we rarely used the AC, instead leaving the windows open. The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, never rented a golf cart. For a moderately priced condo rental, this was a great value.”

“I had a really nice stay at this inn. The place felt comfortable and the owner Colin was welcoming and kind. The room was clean, cozy, and a good spot to relax after being out for the day running around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a simple, pleasant stay, and I'd be happy to come back again.”

“Its like being on your own private island! You have to be shuttled back and forth to the mainland. Its very quiet and peaceful. The staff is excellent! EVERYDAY the lady from the Office personally asked if we needed anything.I never received service comparable to that at any other hotel that I have stayed in. We had a washer/dryer in our unit and that was a bonus.The living space provided was more than adequate which included a large screened balcony. I ❤️ Brahma Blue. ”

“The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked on amenities. The only issue is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is about 1hr away from secret beach on a golf cart. Downtown is about a 25min drive. Cecelia was very helpful and we felt very safe and well taken cared of. We will definitely come back. ”

Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room. Mike the maintenance man educated us on the culture of the people of Ambergris Caye and recommended the best restaurants on the island. ”
