"They mopped the room floor every day! The staff is so amazingly helpful and so nice as well. I needed medical help for my insulin pump breaking and they had an insulin pen and needle tips delivered from the local pharmacy in 30mins. They act like you’re the only client in the hotel and nothing else matters but your happiness. I am 53 years old, male, been to Alaska, Bahamas, Saint Thomas, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, and so on…….most beautiful place on earth that I have seen, just amazing! I stayed at the Waldorf and it’s a joke compared to this hotel!!! Safety concerns, I’m 53’disabled and never once felt scared or threatened, everyone within 20 mins of the hotel were so nice and friendly. Obviously take serious caution especially alone like myself. I did carry a triple seal waterproof fanny pack that housed my money, room key, I’d and credit cards but REALLY to place my phone in the fanny pack. People’s phones fall out of there pants and shorts pockets so keep in mind to always have your phone welled up when taxing or Uber or Lyft. The food was stupid good!!! Everything I ate was top notch. Great selections of restaurants and food options. Liquor bar in the room! Just amazing hotel!! 5 star everything."

"I loved sandos finisterra! Great amenities, amazing night shows, walkable to a swimmable beach, Cabo San Lucas! Hospitable, very friendly and professional workers. Mexican food was delicious. I would not bring my elderly relatives here as the terrain is uneven. It is indeed accessible. At night however, some walk ways are not super well lit and I would be concerned that frail elderly would be at risk for falls. If this is not you, though, it will be wonderful!! And they are very accommodating of allergies and other dietary concerns."

"The property was very well maintained. Any request was addressed immediately. Cleaning was done every day. It really should be included in the price of a stay rather than offered to visitors as an optional pay. The room was very spacious. But we had constant problems with mosquitoes in June. The AC temperature could not be controlled. Would be much nicer if you could set up the temperature that is comfortable for you. The pool was very cool! The swim up bar is so convenient and relaxing. We would come back in the winter when it's not so hot and muggy."
