โThe Fairfield Inn turned out to be a wonderful place to stay for two nights during a downtown festival in Milwaukee. It's technically in West Milwaukee, but it's an easy 10 too 12 minute drive to the lakefront, close to Cathedral Square, and near the restaurant/gallery district. The price is a bit on the high side, but everything in Milwaukee was expensive during Bastille Days, so we were satisfied. And the accommodations were excellent, as was the very helpful staff.โ
โAfter a 5 day stay, Iโd say this is a gem of a hotel. The food at Aria is exceptional. The art work all around is visually wonderful. There are many little details around the hotel rooms that are obvious someone put lots of thought into choosing everything thatโs put in a room. The pizza at Proof is as good as NY pizza. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and kind. โ
โI was reticent about trying a self service hotel, but I was delighted by the experience! Checking in was a little confusing at first but the hotel manager quickly assisted us.
We really liked the quiet, privacy and amenities. We will stay at the Kinn Guesthouse again, now that we know the process. โ
โHotel was great and good location to walk to a lot of places. One room was big enough to fit my family of 5 without a problem. Breakfast was very good each morning and the staff were very nice and helpful.
I would definitely recommend! โ
โA HOTEL THAT GETS IT. rooms are spacious not too expensive. full refrigerator and microwave, dishes, netflix, a gym and mini laundromat in the basement. a super market next door. clean, well kept. what every hotel should be like - home away from home. โ
