“It's in a great location on Main St in Williamsville -- a charming suburb of Buffalo. It is close to the highway. The rooms are very spacious and the parking is free. It has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly. It is on the pricey side.”

No staff greeted you, you didn't see people doing thing, but like little fairies rooms would be cleaned, food popped up and was switched according to time of day.
