โExcellent location, very walkable to sites, food, shopping, etc. They were super helpful and provided a ton of information on things to do, see, eat, etc. and were available for all questions 24/7! Would stay here again.โ
โI think, as a traveler, that the people you interact with makes all the difference. The management, front desk, and room service from top to bottom are filled with wonderful people. They were kind and very helpful. The people that manage and work at the Grand Park Hotel Jerusalem are people you would be proud to call your friends.โ

The location of the hotel is really the best location The wailing wall (western wall) really takes less than 5 minutes on foot.
The bed was really comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was also clean. I was just cleaning my room while eating breakfast breakfast. Start...
โMe and my girlfriends had the best time. The breakfast was delicious but it was hard to get coffee in the morning. It would be nice if we could help ourselves โ
โThe hotel is in the Arab quarter of Jerusalem, which means that shops and restaurants are open on Fridays and Saturdays. The reception staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. No complaints about the room or condition. Rooftop swimming pool would be great when the weather is warmer. Nearby there is the wonderful Armenia Ceramic Workshop, perfect for gifts. And to eat there is the American Colony and the Jerusalem Hotel, the staff at the latter are lovely. For decent coffee try Nordic...
โThis place exceeded my expectations. Amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms, charming and thoughtful decor, and an amazing breakfast. The neighborhood is very charming with its back streets, alleys, and minutes from both Ben Yehuda and Mahne Yehuda Market. Iโve eaten pounds of shears and shakshuka. I will be back. Next year in Jerusalem! โ
