“It’s possible a lot of what I found disappointing in the property was poor timing. The hotel was sold on Sunday and we checked in Tuesday. After a long day of traveling we just wanted to check in, relax at the bar with a drink, and go to sleep. However, the bar wasn’t open. We were then told the elevator wasn’t working and but thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor. The continental breakfast was yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, or bagels…. but no toaster. “We stayed in the guesthouse which was very nice. Only problem was the coffee pot in the entryway would not work. We just walked to the office and got coffee. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the breakfast at the cafe which is right besie the Inn. Inn gives you a $12.00 voucher for each person to eat there and it was excellent and plentiful. Also the girls at the desk at the Inn were very friendly and helped you with any questions. Would highly recommend this Inn.”

“Best hotel to stay at during your stay in beautiful Amish country. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast always amazing especially their sausage gravy. And best part at night you see a lot of buggy’s going down the main road. Will definitely be coming back for the 3rd time in august. Thank you for everything!”

“The place felt very dated and worn. For me, when choosing a place to stay, cleanliness trumps everything else. While we didn't experience getting bed bugs or anything, it felt like we could have. It just felt scuzzy. Very few amenities. The outdoor pool which was supposed to be open, was not. This was June 11th and 12th; it should have been open and was advertised as it was. We booked a room for 5 people, there were only enough towels and washcloths for 3. I mean, how hard is it to properly...

“Our check in was easy. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Great location in the heart of Pennsylvania Amish Country. We felt safe and they offered a good free breakfast.”

“The quiet was great love it i remember staying in another in atlantic city always noisy And the location is perfect too for some one who comes like we did to for sign and sound the christian theater is perfect 5 minutes from the place”

“Reserved a King room, without explanation or apology was given a room with two double beds. Wasn’t given a WiFi password. Key card did not work well for the room (had to try twice each time). Key card didn’t work at all to get into the lobby/breakfast area from the back of the hotel. Shower in our room did not have good water pressure. Disappointed in our one night stay.”
