"Needs a little updating and cleaning of the stairways."

"The staff is amazing! Super sweet and helpful! Everyone from the maintenance staff to the front desk and beyond had a smile and a hello. Breakfast was perfect! Crowded at times but the lady helping was hustling and made sure everything was restocked and available. The pool though was GROSS! The floor of the pool had so much debris and sediment on it, you couldn’t stand without standing on something. There was loose hair everywhere and all around the edges of the pool. The water was cloudy and cold. The pool room floors were dirty and trash overflowing. Our room was fine, however half the bathroom lights didn’t work and the lamp on the desk didn’t have a working on/off button. It is also very disappointing that housekeeping didn’t even come to empty trash or sweep floors, refresh towels or the bed. I had to call for towels even, the room had two for an4 person stay. We love the property and the staff but it could use a little work. "

"Very pleasant, clean room. Nice greeting at the checkin. Parking was close to the room. Spectacular view of Lancaster County farmland at my early morning departure. Located a short distance from the main traffic artery into Lancaster which was great…quieter and less congested, and at the same time easy travel to center city Lancaster. Would definitely recommend and stay there again "

"Book 2-queen bed room. Room was very spacious and most importantly, clean. Only complaint- and this is a minor one: the placement of the TV on top the dresser is too low for comfortable viewing while lying in bed."
