My friends and I visited in June 2026 and had a wonderful time.

The Good: the property was very clean and laid out very nice. You didn’t have to walk far for anything. The restaurants were good too. All of them were good quality with great service. There were plenty of activities for the whole family and plenty of pool space. There are shuttle services and excursions you can do directly through the resort to limit third party usage. The rooms were nice with great views. Side Note: it’s Cancun, so seaweed season is prevalent and can come at any time, which was the whole week. The Bad: the resort salesman will try to get you to become a club member right after your check in. They will use words like “free” and “gonna give you this”. The trade off is you have to attend a special breakfast the next morning to obtain certain benefits with is basically a giant sales pitch. We declined this but were subsequently confronted by staff in the next two days and received calls to the room from supervisors asking why we didn’t want to spend a bunch of money and become a member. This annoyed me and I don’t like being annoyed on my vacation that I already spent a pretty penny for(it’s a 5 star resort) Half of the pool area is no swimming due to being allocated for paddle boarding. We asked if we could get a paddle board but they said someone broke it weeks earlier. How does a billion dollar property not get ahold of a paddle board??
