매우 만족스러운 호텔
냉장고 고장으로 미니바 사용은 불가능 했으나, 다른 대처로 큰 불편함은 없었음. 그 외 다른 부분은 모두 좋았음.

스타일리쉬, 청결하고 친절한 호텔
반고흐뮤지엄과 걸어서 12분 거리. 건물의 일부만 호텔이고 나머지는 오피스나 주거공간으로 조용합니다. 그러나 쌀쌀한 가을 날씨에 난방이 잘 안 되어서 추었고, 조식은 그냥 아주아주 심플한 수준입니다. 아침식사는 숙소 인근 음식점을 이용하시는 것도 좋을 듯.

싱글룸은 아담합니다만 지내는 데 불편하지 않았습니다. 원하는대로 직접 계란요리 조리해주는 점이 좋았습니다. 직원들이 친절했고 위치가 좋았습니다.

Close to tram stations and markets. Clean and somewhat like a biz hotel. But far from central but close to museum square.

very nice! It's about 15min. from Ams. central station and there are Amsterdam museum and Van Gogh museum near the hotel.

It was a different set us as far as a hotel, but once we figured it out the accommodation’s were great. The location was perfect for walking to all the fun neighborhoods

My room was small but clean and comfortable. There is just a small communal area for making hot drinks and a self-service bar. This was perfect for me as I was happy to eat out. Staff were v friendly and the location is well-served by trams within short walking distance. I would stay again.

Overall, a good place to stay. Walkable to a lot of areas. Staff was courteous and helpful. Cons - our room was in an area with a lot of street noise and people noise at all hours. Phone cord had to be jiggled to hear and the bathroom fan didn’t work so it was extremely humid/wet after three people took showers.

It was a very awkward room, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. It smelled like sewer. The blinds were not hung properly and so could not be blacked out. It was quite loud.

The hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful and resourceful. The property is shared with multiple businesses so it can be hard to navigate as an international solo traveler but I was very appreciative of the front desk for being so accommodating. Thank you!

it is nice hotel, BUT too loud, i can hear everything from the next room. The hotel itself is very nice. The stuff is friendly, free coffee and drinks, but still, the room is too loud.

Beware: The hotel is shared with an apartment complex and check-in is on the 4th floor only. open from 8am-11pm. If you are with another party. be aware there are 2 separate elevators because the building is a rectangle and the center is a courtyard. 1st issue, is there's no safety, the door to our section of the rooms is never locked. 2. The smell in our hallway was atrocious. 3. On our last night, the POWER BLEW OUT in our room/apartment and of course, it was past 11pm and no one picked up from the emergency#. There was no HVAC to boot, unacceptable for me and my kids. The next morning when they attempted to fix they tried multiple fuse boxes and finally realized the box was in a locked closet in our room. The "hotel" made zero concessions to reimburse us for a horrible night of stay claiming this outage affected an entire area, that is not true, only affected our room as the fuse box was in our room and only controlled our room. I would not recommend this location

Nice quiet property. It is an apartment block that uses some of the apartments/studios as hotel rooms. There are good connections to the trams and the museum area is within walking distance.

Alojamiento práctico. En el apartado limpieza, había unos bichitos muy pequeños voladores que me dieron bastante asco. Pero nada muy grave. Porque sólo estuve 1 noche, sino hubiera pedido cambio habitación. Los recipientes del baño en muy mal estado. Podrían cuidar un poco más los detalles, porque sino se hace con el deterioro irá a peor

Giant room and great staff.
The place was interesting. It's in like an office building on the western edge of the historic downtown. It shares the space with another hotel, so it was ... unusual. It is not in the historic downtown. If you want to walk to Dam Square, it will take 30 minutes. Same for the train station. But it was very close to the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum (10 minutes each) and there is some good dining near there. We would recommend it though. The room was very nice and HUGE. We stayed in a triple and it was the largest room I've seen in Amsterdam. The staff was exceptional and the service was very good. It was a good experience, but it is not a middle of the canals, historic Amsterdam experience, so just be advised.

Friendly and helpful staff, room amazing and little extras as they’d put balloons and drinks in our room as I’d mentioned my husband’s birthday. Totally accessible as my husband uses mobility scooter. Room easy to get to, beautifully decorated and warm. Perfect stay with perfect staff

Great hotel, Nice clean room with free drinks in the minibar, welcoming and helpfull staff. Have to say though was not a fan of the square toilet seat, looks cool but not very comfortable. The reception is on the 4th floor wich was a bit strange but not a problem.

A dated hotel with a few issues
The hotel appears to be basically a series of flats within a block of flats. The reception is on the forth floor and its not easy to get in. The room is dark with poor lighting. The bed is fashion over function due to the bed frame sticking out and into your bum and leg when you get in and out. The mattress is comfortable but did not have a mattress protector and was very old and stained. The coffee machine leaks water when left full. The shower room is dated with corroded fittings and a toilet that is too high off of the floor. The people working there are very friendly and polite. The hotel positioning is pretty good.

Hotelli ei vastannut kuvia tai 4 tähden hotellia. Sisäänkäynti oli vaikea löytää ja rakennuksessa sijaitsi myös vuokra-asuntoja. Huone oli pimeä ja ahdas. Plussaa siitä, että sänky oli hyvä. Äänieristystä ei ollut joten pelkät askeleet käytävältä kuuluivat huoneeseen. Huoneen hintaan kuului myös minibaarin juomat. Matka keskustaan oli kävelymatkan päässä, vaikka hotelli hieman syrjässä olikin. Respa oli pieni ja näytti enemmän toimistohuoneelta. Uudelleen emme kyseistä hotellia enää varaisi, mutta ei kuitenkaan huonoin valintakaan. Ei kuitenkaan vastaa hintaa tai luokitusta.

Lovely hotel, a bit out of town.
Hotel is lovely and clean, staf are so polite and helpful. It is a bit of a treck out of town, there are a few restaurants close by (teds does amazing breakfast!) but to get into town it’s a 10min tram ride or a €30 taxi (some tried charging more than this at night so be careful, better to download the bolt app). The closest coffee shop I believe is 10/15min walk away.
