호텔 청결도 부분을 5점에서 4점으로 평가한것은 여타 다른 숙박업소에 묶었던 경험에 비해서는 깨끗했으나 가격에 비하면 더 청결했어야 한다고 생각하여 평가. 디럭스듀플렉스에 묶었던 경험을 토대로 간단하게 요약한다면 컨시어지, 일용품, 소품, 인테리어 마감제 등 빼놓을 것 없이 만족스러웠으며 위치 또한 고흐박물관, 국립미술관 등 암스테르담 관광 요지와 매우 가까운곳에 입지하고 있어 전체적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

Very spacious rooms and nice bar. The front desk staff were particularly helpful when I fell over in the town and needed some first-aid. Very kind and this was much appreciated. I look forward to my next stay.

Bellissimo posto. Unica nota stonata l’addebito delle colazioni che pensavo fossero incluse. Quando paghi Euro 1.150 per una notte forse le colazioni dovrebbero non essere richieste con insistenza..

We stayed at the Conservatorium on September 23-26. The neighborhood around the hotel is very nice, and the hotel is close to museums. We arrived at 9:30 am and the room was ready! great! Our deluxe room was very spacious, clean, sleek and the bathroom as well. Surprisingly there were not many outlets for our phones, and computers. Due to the lack of outlets, we needed converters. We asked to the front desks and they have them but for a price! We tried to watch english speaking channels (CNN, BBC) but could'nt figure out. Asked front desk, they said we'll send someone. They never did.. After 3 days the TV was inoperable. We asked the concierge if he could print train tickets, he said yes, we went out, when we came out we requested the copies nobody knew about it. The concierge had left for the day. Expedia gave us a VIP access perks, we never received those. The service was poor, all front desk employees too young or untrained to know what a 5 star hotel outstanding service is like. Very disappointing experience ! I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Overpriced with poor customer service.

This hotel had an amazing fitness center! The best we have seen in all our stays in Europe! The staff was exceptional. Colleen in the dining area helped me tremendously and made me feel valued and special. We will definitely stay here when we are in Amsterdam!

The Conservatorium is a fabulous hotel. It is close to the Museums, they have knowledgeable concierges, the on-site restaurant is delicious, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Hotel recommendation
This hotel is exceptional. The bedrooms are all one of a kind with modern details. The staff are all wanting to help and be attentive to a guests needs. Centrally located next to all the museums.

Rooftop Suite, worth it
We decided to have a staycation in Amsterdam and booked the rooftop suite. The room is amazing. The bathroom is probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. The bed... well, for the amount of money you spend, the bed could be more comfortable. Other than that, this hotel is amazing!

Zeker een aanrader!
Echt een heerlijk hotel. Massages zijn fantastisch, yoga is heerlijk ontspannend en het eten is geweldig. De kamers zijn prachtig en iedereen die er werkt is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mijn advies: gelijk boeken!! Je krijgt hier geen spijt van.

Servicio muy profesional, atento, cálido (recepción, agentes de seguridad, personal encargado del desayuno, etc). Establecimiento adaptándose a los cambios impuestos por la actual situación (por ejemplo, limpieza sólo cuando se le avisa, gym y piscina con turno, etc). El desayuno es excelente. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar buenas areas de Amsterdam y para visitas culturales. La habitación era un dúplex de amplio volumen. En esta reserva olvidé objetos en la habitación que no han podido ser encontrados.
