"We had a wonderful stay in Hue City. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect-just a short walk to the Huong River, the walking street, and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious local cuisine that gave us a true taste of Hue. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to coming back again soon!"

"We were greeted and our bed preferences were accommodated quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had booked a private driver through Viator who no-showed; Nhien at the front desk helped us book a last-minute private driver through the hotel instead. Zero credit card fees. Pickup within minutes! The bellboys were also extremely helpful - one lent me his phone to try to call the no-show driver. He also helped us book a Grab to the Citadel the following day. We have no complaints. This establishment really goes above & beyond. We highly recommend!"
