"The hotel was immaculate and very stylish. The pool area was beautiful and large away from the hustle of the traffic. Ideas for improvement - light from smoke alarm and air on in bedroom is annoying if you like total darkness to sleep. Maybe offer a gluten free cereal and bread to toast. "

"Fabulous hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. Special shout to to Nguyen who helped with a flight issue I had. I ended up upgrading to a room on The Level and it was huge with great views across Hue. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and there was both a bath and a shower. The afternoon tea offering was fabulous - free cocktails, wine and canapes every day between 1530 - 1800. The pool was absolutely huge and when I went, I was the only one in it! It also has a really nice Sky Bar. "

The warmth and welcoming nature of EVERY ONE of the staff we encountered over four days was exceptional - beginning with such a wonderful warm welcome from Tram, on our arrival. Our room fronting onto the warm water swimming pool is definitely worth paying the extra for - its temperature was always ideal, and it’s so convenient for those rooms. Breakfast was such a memorable experience every morning - with the selection of foods, some area on outside covered balcony, and, again, super efficient and helpful staff. This hotel and four days we will NEVER forget! CONGRATULATIONS, and “ THANK YOU”, Pilgrimage Village Hue!"

"Les espaces verts de l’hôtel sont très beaux et l’hôtel a réellement un cachet avec ses boiseries. Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant a été très prévenant . La chambre est nettoyée matin et soir ce qui est appréciable. L’hôtel est à l’écart du l’agitation de la ville, ce qui en fait un endroit reposant. La réception est venue spontanément nous informer que la ville de Hoi An, notre prochaine destination était inondée, ce qui nous a permis de changer nos plans au dernier moment. Ils nous ont aussi aidé à contacter notre prochain hôtel à Da Nang. Bref, rien à reprocher."
