I didnt have any issues at my stay. Hotel was clean and staff super friendly. At check in they let us have 2 cars instead of one at no cost, that was nice from them. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional but its kind of what you expect with continental breakfast included. I will definitely go back again.

The room and hotel itself were nice, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was hardly edible. Our main complaint was the bus service to Disney. The bus ride itself want that long, but the wait times were ridiculous. At one point we (and about 50 other people) waited for over an hour in the rain for a bus back to the hotel. I know this isn’t exactly the hotel’s fault, but it made staying there pretty inconvenient.

All the staff we interacted with were delightful, kind, and helpful. There were several items not stocked in our room that we had to ask for (more than two towels, an extra blanket so we could use the hide a bed, hangers in the closet, etc). They were responsive in helping get these for us, however they felt understaffed. There could have been better transparency about where this hotel sits on the ART line and how long that takes to get to Disneyland, as well as info provided on how to get tickets and navigate that at check in (or in the room).

The rooms are clean and a really nice size. The beds are very comfortable and the property has a lot of pretty plants. Some rooms can see Disney fireworks. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it's always a positive experience.
