“Loved the location, staff and ammenities. You are walking distance from restaurants, bars, stores, practically in the middle of the action. It is verybsafe to walk around El Poblado. The staff are awesome and super helpful and friendly. I want to mention Sebastian, as he helps us find places and was very accomodating. We had free breakfast included and a nice surprise when around 5pm a beverage cart pass the rooms offering FREE drinks, yes alcoholic drinks for free!, you cant beat that.”

“It is very quiet, and also very cozy, as all rooms have a balcony. But : - Hair dryer should be requested to the front desk - Room service has only few menus - if you want to go out to eat or shopping, you may have to take a taxi - Breakfast has few menus, but I think it is enough. (fruits, scrambbled eggs, bread, cheese, milk, yogurt, and one additional menu which changes everyday) If you really don't mind those things, this hotel is surely a really good place to stay.”

“Beautiful, unique hotel with tremendous charm, all in hommage to the Muisca people and legends. Great free breakfast that you can have on the roof deck, and a super accommodating and friendly staff. Perfect location too - in Candelaria but a little higher so felt very quiet, and not overly-touristy.”
