“Good service and nice breakfast buffet. ”

“I spent only one night for flight transit. It was not close to the airport but hotel was quite good, especially considering budget.”

“Well located near the Santa Barbara Centro commercial and Canadian embassy, the location "seems" very safe. I would recommend anytime. Note that there is a Sauna on the top floor...”

“Breakfast can improve. Everything else was great.”

“During my stay, I had a conflict with an Uber driver. However, the female staff member at the reception did not attempt to mediate the situation. Instead of maintaining a neutral stance as she should have, she expressed an attitude that blamed me, the guest. I also felt a slight sense of racial discrimination. Staff attitude training is necessary, and guests should be treated with more respect.”

“Muy buena estancia”
