“Our room keys would not work to open our room door. Had to go to the front desk 4 times for keys. The person at the front desk finally had to let us in the room. Also key would not open the door to get into the pool. Our tv remote didn’t work and no one came to replace or fix it. Left it at the front desk when we went out to dinner. Picked up what we thought was a new remote, but it was the same one. We had two rooms, so ended up moving the remote from one room to the other. Desk staff was...

“Room was clean enough for us after staying a week on the nearby Pioneer Wagon Train. Facilities were not great, breakfast was not provided, there was no coffee, etc. Check-in was fairly easy - was shown two rooms to choose from, neither very nice but one smelled a bit better than the other. Again, after a week sleeping outside in a tent, electricity and running water were our bare minimum requirements. Would I stay again, no. Did I die? Also, no.”
