We got this hotel for move-in week. The shower was very dirty and the bathroom needed a good scrub. The staff was great and plenty of parking. 2 miles from U of M, for the price I would have liked at least a clean shower.

Went to the Michigan-Oklahoma football game. Hotel is only about 1.5 miles to the stadium. Easy walk. Much faster than a car or bus. Hotel looks like it was recently refurbished. Nice room, Very clean. Excellent free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Across the street from Wendy's , Buffalo Wild Wings and a Korean steak house . Plenty of Ubers and Lyft service to get you into the center of town if you want.Would definitely stay there again.

The pool was having concrete poured, the smell was really bad. The tub had stains and the tub faucet needs updating. The paint is peeling near the ceiling in the bathroom. The floors need sweep. The room was spacious. The staff was great, parking was easy and accessible. Food venue around were plentiful. This hotel is dated and in need up some TLC, which I believe is in the process, but not there yet.

There has to be better hotels around. This one is showing its age. Our room had holes in the walls where I am assuming had pictures. The window did not shut all the way so we could hear everything outside the window and smell everything they were smoking. Even the blackout drape did not roll up and down very well. The breakfast was good. It’s past due for some serious renovation. The elevators kept going out. We hauled our luggage up stairs with the fear of being stuck in the elevator.
