The pool and hot tub were clean and temperatures were perfect! Breakfast was very fresh and hot (and we arrived at 10am). The staff that we did interact with was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were nice but could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good. On the second night, a group of about 15 teenagers were yelling and slamming doors for well over an hour so loud the police had to be called. Went to tell the front desk about the experience on checkout but the deal was not manned and only had a bucket to return the keys. Staff could have been nicer and more professional in appearance.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. This hotel is one short bus ride from downtown Ann Arbor. I stayed in room 311 and it was clean and quiet. Someone I knew was staying on the 4th floor facing the road and said it was noisy from the cars going by and the room was not as well-maintained. They did ask for a room change and was granted the change to the quieter side. I would come back to this hotel if I ever came back to Ann Arbor. Loved it!
