There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. "I LOVED this hotel! It’s beautiful & peaceful boutique retreat in the center of Old Port but wonderfully tucked away down a small pedestrian alley providing a peaceful environment with all the convenience. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly at both the front desk and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was fantastic…not to be missed! I stayed in room 102 which was a bit nicer lay out than my friends room who was in 101"
