“DO NOT BOOK HERE. THIS IS A SCAM. We paid for a night when our flight was canceled. Then the property informed us of a 3 night minimum. The booking should have been refused but instead they took our money and refused to refund. I have all the documentation but Hotels.com states they cannot help. Avoid dealing with this property and owner. ”

“We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10”
