"This was our first trip to Turkey, and we consider ourselves lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, everything was simply wonderful. We would like to stay at this hotel again if we visit Turke."

"BEDBUGS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were supposed to stay longer, but checked out early after just one night because we woke up COVERED in bedbug bites. It was obvious something was seriously wrong with the room, and no guest should ever have to deal with that. Not to mention the black mold in the bathroom AND they REUSE toilet paper and shampoo bottles from previous guests. What’s even more concerning is how poorly the situation was handled by staff. There was no urgency, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. When we asked for a refund since we were checking out early, THEY REFUSED. A hotel charging guests to stay in unsanitary conditions and then refusing to take accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here."
