"Rooms are clean and functional. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good. My kids loved the pool and the staff accommodate our group to be able to be with 1 or 2 rooms of each other. Breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was above what we thought but Dunkin and Starbucks are a minute or two away if you need it."

"The Fairfield Inn located in Ottawa, Illinois was VERY clean and bright inside. And the staff were amazing people ~ very informational, friendly, & helpful! There was an indoor pool, fitness room, & free breakfast every morning. The rooms were very clean & furnished w/ many extras, including iron & ironing board; hair dryer (in case anyone forgot theirs); & plenty of lighting. Nice downtown area w/ many excellent restaurants to chose from, Starved Rock State Park area is a great hike full of colors! Deb"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the hot tub and kiddie pool. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the parking was easy. Our whole family enjoyed the rustic lodge feel. Lots of walking paths around but the mosquitos were too crazy when we got there at night to enjoy them."
