โThe hotel was great! The customer service was less than welcoming. I understand we all have our moments, but Ashley needs a reminder or two on customer service etiquette.โ
โConvenient location to everything in downtown Appleton. The rooms are nice and quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and the parking is convenient. The only things that could improve the hotel for the price would be if the hotel identifies a new spa operator and repairs the whirlpool and if they offered water and breakfast. โ
โPool is a bit outdated and there was a number of rough looking palm trees that need some TLC. Put a little money into it and rise above to be the nice family getaway you once were. The friendly staff and housekeepers as well as good breakfast food are what makes this place special.โ
โThere wasnโt anything I didnโt like but i definitely liked that the pool was warm and they made me feel relaxed and the staff were very helpful.โ
