โConvenient location to everything in downtown Appleton. The rooms are nice and quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and the parking is convenient. The only things that could improve the hotel for the price would be if the hotel identifies a new spa operator and repairs the whirlpool and if they offered water and breakfast. โ
โFirst off, our check-in staff member was excellent. He was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome from the very start. The room was quiet and very clean. We loved having the laundry machines available for our use. The breakfast choices were a good variety, especially having oat milk for our dairy-free family member. We would definitely stay here again.โ
โPool is a bit outdated and there was a number of rough looking palm trees that need some TLC. Put a little money into it and rise above to be the nice family getaway you once were. The friendly staff and housekeepers as well as good breakfast food are what makes this place special.โ

โA hotel in a college area. It is old and has not been upgraded or remodeled in a very long time. I am happy to save $25 per night with outdated decor. The sheets and towels are clean. The floors are vacuumed. The showers have good water pressure and hot water. There is ZERO smell of mustiness in any roomโsomething that would be a deal breaker for me.
