The first time we stayed here in January we had a good stay. The hot tub was out of service, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The second time we stayed (May), it took 20 mins to check in, because the housekeeper hadn't cleared the rooms and it was already after 6 p.m.. They also didn't have the room type I paid for available, and I was promised a partial refund by the manager at check in. Not only did I not get a partial refund, but I had already paid for the room on Expedia, and they charged my card again. They assured me that they would call Expedia and get it straightened out, and that the pending charge would be cancelled and wouldn't come out of my bank account. I spoke to two different people about it, one of them being the manager. But come Monday morning the money came out of my account and I've yet to get my money back. It really put me in a bind. I've filed a fraudulent charge claim against them. We also got locked out of the hotel when we had to park in the back, then were also locked out of our room once someone let us in. The key had reset. Hot tub was still out of service.
