Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Los Lagos, but I would particularly like to highlight the zip line experience. Antonio and his team were very professional and made the experience fun and safe. We got lucky as our family of 4 including two kids ages 10 and 12 were the only ones signed up for our time slot and the team took extra effort to ensure we enjoyed the experience and went out of their way to photograph and video us. Because we were a small group, we also had the chance to try the Tarzan Swing. What fun! Would highly recommend this resort and the zip line activity! Also recommend renting a car for easy access to La Fortuna"

"This is our second stay at this hotel. We appreciate the kid-friendly activities, such as visiting the onsite farm and vegetable garden. We love the hot springs and enjoy walking around the hotel, which features a large variety of plants and small animals. During our visit, it was the rainy season, making it difficult to keep our clothes dry. It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide a drying machine for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel."

"The property is small but situated perfectly offering the best view of Mount Arenal. We had the garden view bungalow and were very pleased. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Room was clean, beds comfortable! Obviously you’re amidst a jungle so there will be bug encounters, but the staff was quick to assist. Diego at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. The tv is a bit outdated, but we didn’t care much for it. Wifi is strong. The grounds are kept clean. The only issue is the flies during breakfast. It’s almost impossible to eat comfortably with the flies constantly hovering! Other than that, the stay was excellent!"
