"We had a nice stay at Hilltop Inn. There were short staffing issues in housekeeping (due to illness), but desk personnel stepped up with getting us needed items, emptying trash, supplying a heater to heat the bathroom (for my wife) and a shower seat (to accommodate her disability). The people working the desk were great. I will stay again."

"The Castle at Swan Lake is amazingly nice. It is like renting an immaculate private suite with full kitchen rather than your typical hotel room. The staff was great too. I would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent stay! The staff are so kind and accommodating. The room was nice. The beds were comfy and had an assortment of pillow types. The pool was warm and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was good. The building is older but you can tell they keep it in good condition and take pride in ensuring it’s clean. We’ll be back. Our son said he doesn’t want to stay anywhere else in Vernon. The only almost concern that was kindly fixed by the staff is that the pool doesn’t open until 10 am. The boys were disappointed but the staff member cheerfully gave us a bit later checkout so the boys could swim before we left. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect because the building is old but it was awesome. Truly great. "

"Great pool area for the kids, a hidden gem in the Okanagan. As it is a very family centric hotel, it would be nice if there was an arcade or games area for the kids after the pool but overall still a great staycation."
