Really bad management, they oversold my room

They couldn't give me the room what I paid for, no refund no apologise. The room was really dirty and smelt weed, bathroom was dirty. They promised a call back because the manager was not available but never happened, since they you can not reach them

The terrace here is amazing and people were great. The location is really close to beach as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Super lieu...

Le site est fantastique et les personnes qui nous aident sont également fantastiques. Le bémol c’est les WC femmes sans eau (pas de papier sur la porte l’indiquant, j’ai dû vider ma bouteille d’eau plusieurs fois pour nettoyer....), pas de wifi pendant ces 3 jours changement d’opérateur, des néons illuminaient la chambre toute la nuit. Des rideaux occultants auraient été bienvenus. Le prix était convenable donc je n’ai pas rechigne. Heureusement que le site est idéal et que ces gentils animateurs et animatrices étaient fort sympathiques. Et c’était très propre...

Good location. Place noisy and needs repair work

brilliant location but you have to be prepared for noise. The type of hostel that the older generation like to visit in the winter and short stay back packers. There appears to be snoring competitions which can make sleeping impossible. Much work needs to be done i.e. locks on lockers falling apart locks on doors not working well and the place falling into state of disrepair. Staff friendly.

If you like diving then come here.. there isn’t really any other good reason to come. The noise on the street makes impossible to sleep until 3 am. I had to sleep on top of pool table.

Head Down Some Nonsense No Boogie

Good: a good central spot for a stay. Not so good: Some confusion over the payment (i.e. trying to charge when payment had already been made in advance), plus the bar/cafe immediately below the hostel having one helluva 'evening' going on till the small hours made sleeping a possibility for the latter part of the night only.

Billigt övernattningsställe

Man får vad man betalar för! Många backpackers med lite pengar finns här. Jag bodde här för att jag kom sent till Teneriffa och skulle vidare till La Gomera nästa dag och ville bara ha en säng för natten. Stället var lite svårt att hitta, men det ligger precis bredvid svenska sjömanskyrkan i en liten gränd. fråga i livsmedelsbutikerna eller i barerna om du har svårt att hitta det. Det finns också Tenerife Hostel som lätt förväxlas med detta stället. Dusch och toalett delar man med andra boende. Det kan vara 8 personer per rum. Man får en nyckel till rummet, en nyckel till ställets grid och en nyckel till ett personligt skåp, deposition €10. kommer man efter 18 får man ringa på klockan innanför grinden. Sen ankomst kostar €5 extra.

Cerquisima de la playa ..cristianos..encima vamos.

Lo que no me gusta nada de nada es que las duchas sean compartidas psra ambos sexos...es horrible tener que vestirse dentro de la ducha y como solo hay un cuarto de baño inodoro y espejo apsrte..eso si uno para hombres y otro para mujeres ...no vas a ocupar el cuarto de baño ese en vestirte dentro...y la gente que quiere ir al inodoro que.....otra cosa que odio es que las habitaciones son mixtas...por lo que tampoco te puedes vestir en ellas.....hay taquilla pequeña con llave individual pero tu maleta ls tienes que dejar dentro de la habitacion...es decir...se supone que debes de confiar en tus nuevos compañeros de habitacion......

Central, but outside noisy, inside poor social

It is centrally located on one of most touristic area (cheap for this price if booked with booking deals). But there is very poor soundproofing and it's loud from surrounding bars until quite late even in weekdays. Inside was not very social, as the communal space is not attractive and not easy accessible (fridge/microvawe, empty space), difficult to catch other guests then going out in town already. Staff is just there to process the bookings and that's it. Other hostels would have a better backpacker atmostphere, here is more a place to crash in group without too much expectation.

Will not be coming back

This is not a hostel for light sleepers.. but luckily, I have no problem sleeping with ear plugs. The heat demanded the windows to be open, and so I could hear several really loud troubadours from the nearby bars. Also, restaurants were disposing of glass in the middle of the night, right outside our window. So that woke me up and scared the hell out of me. The bathrooms were dirty and with no hooks or non-wet areas to put your stuff down on. But I guess the hostel is cheap, and you get what you pay for. One upside? Close to the ferry if you want to catch it. And the receptionist was very friendly!
