Had to pay for use of swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi of ยฃ10 each as did not book through Best western hotels direct.โ
โChecking in was a breeze and very helpful and cheery staff when arriving.
Minor issue with the room when arrived, however it was sorted by the desk staff and a happy resolution was found.
Accomodation wise after that was spot on.
Really have to say the staff members we dealt with were exceptionally good and a credit to the hotel.

โReally lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. Itโs such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. โ
โThe Belfry is brilliantly well run. The staff are by far the best I've ever met in any hotel in my entire life. Truly brilliant. Friendly, engaging, funny, professional and confident. Proud of where they work and their part in it. Not unctuous just terrific.
They should let the managers run the country.
And before you dismiss my enthusiasm for the ramblings of someone who doesn't get out. I travel the world always staying at the best hotels. The Belfry was my third that week.โ

On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop!
Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.โ
โI really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesnโt have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable.โ
