“The BEST stay! We had an amazing time at Bocobay. From the moment we arrived the staff and concierge were so attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to cater to our every need. At the end of my stay, I had no idea I left my tablet in the room, the team emailed to notify me of this. Happy to say, a member from the team brought it directly to me at the office. “We booked our trip last minute and this was the only unit left. We knew that we wouldn’t have a view but the rest of the condo was wonderful. It’s beautiful and very spacious. The AC was a little loud but it didn’t disturb us in the master bedroom (and I’m usually very sensitive to noise). Bocobay were also very accommodating by changing our beach towels everyday, providing laundry soaps or other items we needed and allowing for a later checkout. Overall a lovely stay and would stay there again.”

“As a Blue Member and a frequent guest, I expected a higher level of service and respect for guest privacy.
Our stay was disappointing, mainly because of a serious privacy issue on our last day. At around 10:00 a.m., someone opened the door to our accommodation without our permission or prior notice. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, and we felt that our privacy and security were compromised.
