The ac unit would not turn off and had a constant fan/hum. When we complained we were told it would automatically turn off after 10 mins . After 15 mins it still did not turn off , when we asked for a new room we were told we needed to pay for an extra room since ewe had spent 20 mins in the room ,

So noisy and dirty! The walls were like paper! Could here everything going on at the front desk! Phones ringing, people talking all night long!

Ok. This hotel was clean, the staff was amazing, and it got the job done, allowing us to sleep on our way down to Universal Studios and Disneyland. It’s about an hour and 15 mins from Universal Studios Hollywood. The reason for overall score of three is just because the bed was a bit more firm than my liking, and the pillows were like…half of a pillow. Square. Too small… but again. For the price, everything was great.

The internet did not work, the manager was unwilling to give me a discount. It was noisy. There was no fresh fruit for breakfast. The breakfast was just prepackaged junk food. The staff were unfriendly and rude.

Convenient from freeway, but quiet. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. I stay here often and will continue.

Staff not really helpful or friendly. Asked for decaf coffee in am, assured it would be there. Not there. Had to ask twice for decaf in am before received. No refrigerator coffeepot or micro in room. Basic breakfast. Over priced. But shower was great.

Nice staff but noisy.
Walls are too thin. We can hear people on either side of us and above us. Also reasons many people cannot drink regular coffee please provide decaf. Thank you.

Place is good overall showers sucked lack of water pressure pretty sure management will say it's to conserve water or some bull like that but reality is people who are travelling want a good shower to help the relax at the end of a very long day

Unfortunately we can no loner recommend this property. We have stayed here many times as a convenient place to sleep on our way from SF to LA. During out last stay they were having issues with the fire alarm in the room next to ours starting just before 1 am which made it impossible to sleep. They insisted they could do nothing until they found the source of the problem and proceeded to go in and out of our room for almost 2 hours until giving us a room in a different part of the hotel. They did not have a manager on staff to make decisions quickly and felt that they resolved the issue even though we were kept awake for over 2 hours in the middle of the night. Their poor customer service and lack of support from Expedia will have us rethinking any future bookings. Its unfortunate to see the property and customer service go down so quickly. Hope this helps you make an informed decision if you choose to stay here and use a third party for reservations.
