"Really nice hotel and staff, we didn’t have breakfast so no comment on this. Room nice and usual Japanese standard. We used the Onsen but wow! It was REALLY HOT! we did wonder why it was empty, now we know! Please make it cooler as it’s barely useable at the temperature we experienced. Other than this it’s an excellent hotel."

"We had a great stay at Oriental. The hotel was well situated by Hakata station, close to transportation, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast especially their burger. Although we found their rooms quite small, it was still ok compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Arigato, Oriental."
