Had booked my room months in Advance. To show up and they told me that the Hotel was overbooked and I was not given the room I had booked. Received a downgraded room with shower head leaking and bathroom light not working and remote to TV was broke. Disaster stay. The only great thing was when I could check out.

Convenient for visiting family in the area. Quiet most of the days I stayed. Noisy kids on one weekend day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty!

Great hotel for the price!!!
This was a great hotel! The lady and man at the front desk were so nice and understanding! The breakfast was awesome too! I really enjoyed my time! The tv didn’t work but they had us switch rooms to a tv that worked and even one closer to my family!!!

Pros - checkin was good - hot chocolate and cookies in the front desk - room and bed comfortable Cons - need maintenance - a/c heater need maintenance - bathroom need maintenance - looks cheap. Overall 3 out of 5

The male who checked us in was cordial and friendly. The room was clean, the breakfast had several choices, hot and cold, and check out was easy.

The surrounding businesses were not in the best shape. I reserved a room with 2 beds on Expedia. When I got there, Expedia overbooked and I had 1 bed. We had 3 people and 1 had to sleep on the couch

Shower had some mold around the edges. It was missing some caulk in some areas so most likely there is mold in the walls.

Hotel seemed very clean. Breakfast had great, tasty items. We didn’t have time to check out the pool. The front desk recommended the best pizza ever. Was very happy with the stay. It was just for one night while driving through the area.

When I booked my hotel stay, I booked a queen suite. Received a phone call the morning we are suppose to check and o was told that since I booked a king handicap, it was down for maintenance. However, when I went to check in, I told the guy checking us in about the phone call I received the morning of checking and he did not seem worried. I told him that I did book for the appropriate room and he didn’t seem to care. They booked us for a queen regular room. I told him that I did not want to be charged for the same price as the suite. Poor hospitality. Needs improvement badly.

When I went to check in, the gentleman at the front desk had just stepped aside but one of the Managers greeted me, checked me in, and made sure I had everything I needed. She’s doing an excellent job!

Key would randomly work, locked out of room a few times had to go back to the desk a number of times for a new key. Room was filthy, curtains didnt shut all of the way. 1am in the room with the glow of the hotel signage lite the room up like daylight. When checking out, I was told they would be emailing me a link to sign up as a rewards member and they would put points on the account for a free night stay to make up for everything… 2 days later no email.

Great service/great breakfast…poor housekeeping.
Front desk and food service was great. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping is my only complaint. Room was dirty and had a slight odor. Walls were dirty. The comforter on the sleeper sofa was dirty in the suite (used sofa bed for our kids) and one bed bedsheets seemed reused from previous guest as there were crumbs and spots when sheets were pulled back. Front desk was great at giving us new sheets.
