The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. “The room was clean. The room was totally worn out. Needs a complete refreshing. Paint was peeling. Around the bathtub there was black in the caulking. Tub was very slippery. Had to put a towel down to keep from falling. The refrigerator was noisy. Everything was very old looking. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Muffins were tiny. There were only three pillows on the bed when we got there. Two guests and three pillows? We called down for an extra pillow and the clerk said...

“We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). The staff was warm and gracious always anticipating our needs. They even had a Lucid EV charger that they allowed us to use prior to leaving to allieve my range...
