“ Nice clean room”

“This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. Upon checkout, I was told that because the room was booked online I...

“Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Culpeper. We were seeing a concert at UVA but all of the hotels were sold out. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were all updated, the gym was amazing with nice equipment, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was also great. If we are ever staying in Culpeper again, we would definitely stay here!”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. My most recent time staying here was for 5 nights. They said every 3 days, housekeeping will come. I received a text that housekeeping would come by my room but when i got back to the room later that evening, they never came. It was an easy fix of going downstairs to ask the front desk for a fresh set of towels but a little inconvenient that the room didn’t get freshened up. I love the breakfast and coffee in the mornings though!”

“The hotel room was very very small but the price was extremely high. We had the room closest to the breakfast room which is extremely noisy in the morning! The lady at the front desk was pretty arrogant to me and sized me up and down. When I tapped, the POS machine doesn’t work and she even blamed me for that! Never stay again”
