* we were surprised at £2.50 charge per washing machine load - we have never been charged extra for using a washing machine in a property before. You therefore need loose change, if you want to do any laundry
* nowhere in the apartment to hang washed laundry / wet dog towels / wet dog coats (an airer would be useful).

One slight issue was codes given to access room had to be reset but while that was happening we were made very welcome in the pub /resteraunt next door while we waited. "A beautiful bungalow in the quiet village of Walesby.
Lovely clean and tidy, well presented place was just what we wanted during our stay in this lovely village.
Communication with the landlord was excellent with all our questions answered promptly.
There was even a special surprise waiting for us upon our arrival.

"The property was full of unpleasant damp smells and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in at night, location was ok but not to stay in again 😞 so I would've asked for a refund but I'll put it down to experience.. but thank you for letting us stay.. "
