“We have to share the bathroom and the toilet. The soundproof is terrible. If you are taking your kids, please do not choose this hotel. They can hear some strange(?) sound in the midnight.”

“We stayed while it was being renovated. Not what we thought it was going to be when we arrived but is going to be super cute after the renovation. Just wish I knew hot tub was out of use before we booked it.”

“The room smelled like mold- bathroom had horrible caulking around rub- years of neglect. Just was disappointing. Would not recommend this place to my friends.”

“We rented a 2 bedroom suite. Two queen beds with one in an actual bedroom with a door. Two tvs. Lots of towels. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Riverfront Trail across the street. Trolley stop nearby. Moderately priced. We were very pleased!”

“They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

“Great and friendly staff. I used the room service and it was quick and well presented. Amenities are great as well as the toiletries and room coffee and tea. The room itself was sparkling clean and so cozy. It felt like staying on a boat, with panoramic windows of the river. The surrounding area is walkable, but close to a homeless camp.”

“Our stay was fantastic. Great staff, and complimentary breakfast. There wasn't extensive choice, but absolutely enough where we were satisfied. We did find a sock from a previous guest underneath the bed though, that is my only take away that I wish they would clean under the beds after every guest.”

“Guest rooms are immaculate with distinctive and tasteful furnishings that are normally only seen in boutique hotels. The location is quiet and away from the city with two pub style restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for a small unique location with hosts who make you feel more like friends than guests I can highly recommend the South Jetty Inn.”

“Location was great if you want beach access, but it’s too far to walk if you’re wanting to go downtown. Very quick and pretty drive to the shops, though! And right across the street from a market and park. Staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy. It still blows my mind that $200/night is a good deal, but that’s what we paid here (cheapest place I could find) and we would probably stay again. For the price, it’d be nice to get a breakfast, but I know that’s not the norm now.”
