"Every staff member we met was friendly, professional and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and met our needs. We could hear the planes from ATL but they weren’t disruptive. The breakfast was delicious- very pleased. It was a little understaffed but the employees working there were doing their very best- friendly, knowledgeable, quick once we got seated, and very efficient. Shuttle was very timely and the driver helpful and safe. Pool was a nice temperature and clean. My only (slight) disappointment was that the conditioner bottle needed refilling but I was pleasantly surprised they provided conditioner which many hotels don’t. I would gladly stay here again & recommend to family."
