Conveniently located for business trip
I chose this hotel as it is close to my conference place and the room rate is lower than other nearby hotels. It is located to a MARTA station that brings you to the airport within 20 min. Burger King, McDonald, and Subways are just nearby (within 5 min). This hotel provides quite good American breakfast and equipped with three fast moving elevators. The front desk staffs and restaurant employees are kind to the guests. Rooms carry a big refrigerator and a microwave oven as well as a coffee maker. Unfortunately, one day two of them were out of order and it took 5 min to go down to the lobby. It is relatively small and does not carry luxurious facilities. However, it is good for a business trip.

후회없는 선택이었음.
좋은 residence 호텔입니다. Peechtree center 역과 tram station이 아주 가까워 교통도 좋고 downtown 지역 접근성이 좋습니다. Peechtree center 역쪽에 CVS 가 있어 먹을것 사기도 괜찮고 식당들도 도보 가능거리에 많이 있는편입니다.

가격대비 아주 좋은 호텔. 피치트리센터역에서 매우 가까워서 랜트필요없이 애틀란타 다운타운 구경을 다 할 수 있습니다. 조식도 괜찮고 룸 안에서 요리를 해 먹을 수도 있어서 매우 좋았습니다.

출장으로 일주일정도 묵었습니다. 레지던스는 처음인데 거실과 부엌이 있어서 오래 지내기는 편했습니다. 실내도 깔끔하고, 데스크의 서비스도 좋습니다. 다운타운에서 조금 떨어져 있어 조용합니다.

very kind staff and a good breakfast
The staffs are very kind and serve a delicious breakfast. It's close to the Peachtree station, the Centennial park, The Georgia aquarium and the CNN center.

Bad smelling, no clean, and noisy in the room, but it's good to be a kind woman receptionist.

Dwontown에 위치하고 있기에 Georgia Aquarium. World of CoCa-Cola, CNN 등 도보로 10분 거리이고 주변에 좋은 식당이 많이 있어 좋았습니다. 다만 무료 Wifi가 약했고, 아침 부풰가 부실한게 흠이 라면 흠이었지만 그래도 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

The staff was great. There is no self-parking so you will be stuck with paying $47 a day for valet, or you can risk parking on the street or nearby garages (10 cars were broken into while I was at a convention up the street). That being said, the room was clean, though it was a little dingy (it’s old). Breakfast was embarrassing, several complaints by numerous travelers while in the breakfast room. The food items were extremely limited (eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal). Room should have been much better for the price, especially the bathrooms. Valet staff was wonderful.

We didn't like the cleaning services. Our room was not cleaned, nor new towels provided for three days. The front desk staff said every two days and the cleaning staff said every three days for new towels and bed sheets changed every seven days. Many of the breakfast food items were gone before they closed so you needed to get there early to get something to eat. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the shower were completely empty, which we didn't know until we were in the shower.

Cute hotel. The staff was nice and check in was the easiest. I love the mobile key option. Area is very walkable. I would stay again.

For the price you would like to have linens in the room for the sofa bed and the correct amount of towels in the room for a party of 4. The room phone did not work nor did the TV unless you used your Netflix account. A friend of ours staying in another room had a spring from the sofa bed sticking up through the mattress. William who we met at check in at night was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect for continental. Nothing special. $191 plus $47 valet was too much for what you get. Also valet attendants were not prepared in the morning to get cars resumtingni us being late to our event.

Gotta park it!
Very nice downtown location, walk-in distance to a lot of venues and restaurants! Clean & quiet, my only drawback is the parking situation, unless you do the expensive valet, you’re on your own for parking.
