Not sure if the front desk worker was having a bad day, but he was not too nice. My towels were dirty. The room was dirty. There was hot water and AC worked very fine. It was OK for one night.

Room and property were great as were the staff, however, the hotel is a bit out of the way. You’ll need a car to go anywhere. Uber or Lyft is around $25 to either the downtown area or the airport. A quiet location so I’d recommend if that’s what you’re looking for…

No hot water and not a lot of water pressure in our room. Bath tub had lots of calcium buildup on the drain, shower head, and tub faucet. There was domestic disturbances and cops were there every night. It was cleanish? Walls definitely needed to be wiped down. Staff was ok but we got locked out of our room and wouldn’t answer the phone.

Blinds only and no curtains, room facing parking lot, headlights coming into the room through the blinds, the way the bathroom door opwns is very awrkward,I could hear people walking on the floor above me, elevator looks bad (looks like a common problem in GA., I was placed on the second floor, the room was too close to the elevator, had to take an Uber here bevause the Marta bus stops too far from the hotel, and I like hotels with carpet on the floor.

• rooms and linen filthy ( complained and the housekeeper said that all their linen was in pretty bad shape , so I ended up buying my own) • says wifi is free but I was charged for it and it doesn't work well • Floors seem like they haven't been mopped in years • Site saying housekeeping is daily but had no housekeeping the whole week and a half i stayed. They finally came 20 min before I checked out • Mold in rooms and you can smell the mold / mildew

There was no stopper for the bath tub which was odd. You can only take a shower. The wifi was down for a day. But other than that the room was okay. There was only one roll of tissue. I tried calling front desk phone was disconnected. Tried calling to check out early no one was there. Just wished the communication was better. Its a great spot for quick stays but its hard to speak to someone at the desk.

This hotel was closed when I tried to check in. There was a number posted on the door to call for assistance with check-in after their hours which was like 8:00 p.m.. they never answered my call or returned a call. I ended up having to stand outside in a very dangerous neighborhood for an hour. Waiting for a return call and then an Uber to go to a friend's house. It was the worst experience ever. I'm not comfortable paying for an Uber that I shouldn't have to have paid for because I should have been staying in a hotel. I need a reimbursement for the Uber and the hotel!
