We had to change rooms three times the first room had blood splattered in the bathroom walls and the ceiling had so much mold. Second room he took up some kind scent machine and the room smelled like heavy chemicals and a strong order of chlorine, which had all three of my kids have been problems breathing and I had to give them their asthma pumps and make them stay outside and go back downstairs to request another room and tell them that I was not happy for as much money as I paid for for us to go on this vacation to have to switch rooms three times was unacceptable and then the TV didn’t work. It kept asking for some four digit pin so that you can watch TV the remote control. Some kind of stickiness was on it that no matter how much soap I put on a rag to try to clean it it did not come off. I give this place a zero I would never go back there with my children’s ever again for almost $500 I paid.
