Staff was fine. Free breakfast = 3 out of 5. Room wasn't in great shape, needs some rehab. Pretty brutal having room across from super noisy ice machine and staff using it in the wee hours; woke me every time. Liked the separate bedroom.

I learned on the day of my arrival that my suite was not available due to construction/flooding. No one contacted me to notify me that I would have no accommodations upon my late arrival. Thankfully, a Hilton reservation agent found something at a different property. I had to pay double because they didn’t have the 2 bedroom suite, but it was a place to sleep for the nights we needed.

Great place to stay.

Tiera at the front desk was wonderful to work with. When she found out we were in town for my husband’s heart surgery, she made sure we got the medical discount. She even checked in during the day. She is definitely a great asset to this organization.
