"The room itself wasn’t the cleanest. Stained sheets, shower was a little gross, mirror uncleaned, curtain wasn’t black out, window had no lock and we were on ground level. Wallpaper peeling off walls and ring of water damage obvious around room. Other than that it was ok. We’ve stayed in worse. Staff were extremely friendly though!"

"The AC works very good air conditioner or if you need heat, great wifi and the tv has wifi too so can watch all your shows movies and apps & the staff are cool and the shower are jn good condition "

"The room was tired and run down. Is this the mattress was broken and I had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling off the side. The towels were threadbare and smelled bad. Pillows on the bed were tiny and yellowed underneath the pillowcase. Piles of trash are Left out on the sidewalks on Saturdays. We were woken at three or 4 AM when someone was blasting music outside of our window for about half an hour"

"What I didn't like was my room was on the 3rd floor, and me and my girlfriend were woken up by rude guest yelling, laughing very loud in the hallway, banging doors, i frequently stay there and am very disappointed."

"This is a step above similarly priced hotels in Brooklyn. The bathroom was excellent. Our Superior room had an incredible view. We only had 2 problems. First, the parking is expensive ($45 for a 12 hour stay), and you have to pull your car onto a very narrow car-elevator ramp. Second, (I categorized this as a poor amenity), the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. Perhaps it was only the one in room 605, but it really undermined our experience."
