Very special and calming experience. Don’t miss the authentic Japanese breakfast experience

The best experience hands down. The staff was very accommodating and understanding of Foreigners and were willing to go out of their way to assist. A special thank you to Yamada for a fantastic experience!

Supreme Japanese hospitality. The amiable staff enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is a beautiful site to explore the area with fantastic nature and architecture around the hotel. Highly recommended.

New hotel right on the bay in northern Awaji. Rooms are wonderful - spacious with great shower & beds. Our room had a spectacular view! The lobby is very nice and welcoming. The staff speak reasonable English for those who do not speak Japanese. The beach at the hotel is nice and not crowded. The sand is pretty good but it gets a little rocky right at the edge in the water (not an issue at all). They do have some food items for sale but do not provide any food besides a miso soup packet (which...

Large rooms, very clean and very friendly personal!!!

Perfect

I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.

The most amazing experience.

The Oriental Hotel was very comfortable and attractive with lovely views of the bay or mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and overall very charming. The location is in the upscale shopping district and next door to a museum and attached to Barney's New York. The food was really quite good both in the restaurant and room service. I loved the Japanese breakfast! Unlike the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo, the Oriental Hotel is very generous and you are allowed a set breakfast and...

Very nice breakfast included with a bay view. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle in the morning to KIX was also nice. Would definitely stay there again next time when visiting KIX

Loved it all! Onsened 3 times during a one night stay. 2x indoors. One time outdoors! Yummy buffet breakfast. Traditional dinner was an experience! Highly recommend!

Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.

Stayed only one night. Everything is great.

Only great things to say about this hotel . Rooms are sufficiently spacious and clean with good WiFi connection . The morning breakfast has very good spread and the view ( especially if the breakfast is set in the 14th floor ) is excellent with view of the Himeji castle. Here too there is free coffee until 22:00 hrs at the reception area . The staff are very friendly and polite. This hotel has many elevators and hence there is no wait time at all . The hotel itself has a direct connection to the...

All good as usual in this hotel

This hotel is excellent. Friendly service, they're attentive to your needs at all times. Amazing breakfast. I'm an experienced traveler and Marriott or Hyatt hotels could only dream of the attention and service this hotel provides.
