자연친화적 환경이라 에어컨이 약한것 빼고는 매우 친절한 주인댁과 조용하고 편안한 잠자리. 아늑하고 가정적인 정원. 내집같은 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 멋진 숙소예요.

Home-style accommodations on the river
The Phuttal Residence is located on a beautiful river/canal. We stayed in the family apartment, though there were just the two of us. The furniture and accommodations were nothing fancy, but everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent. Even though we had a kitchen, we did not cook. Please note that you will need to order a taxi to find a restaurant. It is about a 10 minute drive to center of Ayutthaya.

Bon emplacement sur l'île, prêt de vélos bien pratique pour la visite des temples. Chambre cosy, très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner maison excellent au bord de la rivière. Accueil très sympathique.

Very nice place
Really worth the price. The place is beautiful, the room are also big and comfortable, and the staff is really considerate. The residence also propose services and activities very useful at attractive price. We loved this place and so recommend it highly.

This place is a gem within the old town. Very comfortable quiet room overlooking the river, we had a big Thai breakfast and used the free bicycles to tour the city. Staff were very accommodating to our needs and would definitely return for future travels. Of note, after booking the suite, a comprehensive message was sent explaining the various tours, the residence services offered. I thought this was a very nice personal touch from the owner. Thanks for the memories.

Amazing Stay
Small for room place along the river. Stayed in the old Thai style house, was amazing. The room was very clean, the service was amazing and really enjoyed breakfast. Will definitely being staying here again.

中心地から少し離れた場所にあるため、徒歩で観光するのは難しいですが、静かに過ごすことができました。チャオプラヤー川を眺めながらのんびり過ごすにはベストな宿泊施設の一つです。 部屋はタイの古民家でとても雰囲気がよく、管理も行き届いていて綺麗です。オーナーをはじめ、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、とても気持ちよく滞在することが出来ました。 ホテルから出ている2時間程度のボートトリップは安くておすすめ。運が良ければ夕日を見ることが出来ます。

Nice setting along the river, friendly staff, quiet and nice atmosphere. You can take a shower after a visit in city while already checked out, before boarding the night train👍

Rapport qualite prix intéressant, l'accueil est tres chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner tres bon, pris sur la terrasse au bord de la riviere....le vrai plus de cette expérience est la mise en lien du gerant Duke avec un chauffeur de taxi, Sirichan, qui a réalisé tous nos déplacements durant nos 12 jours passes en Thaïlande, quelquefois avec de grandes distances et dans une bienveillance remarquable Pour les points négatifs, chambre familiale en rdc assez sombre, avec beaucoup de vis à vis de la terrasse et un menage un peu insuffisant

Your choice if you want to stay in a calm, beautiful, bed and breakfast. The owner, Dukey, was super helpful with instructions and setting up transportation for us. The breakfast was very good as well. 10/10

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a few days in ayuthhaya. This place is unique and beautiful. We arrived in early am hours and we arranged with the owner to leave a key for us. The housekeeper Bet was amazing and made sure our room was cleaned and made us a great Thai breakfast every morning. If you want an authentic Thai experience I suggest you stay here. 10/10

素のアユタヤを感じられる素敵な宿
川沿いで、庭も広くて快適なロケーション。近所の人が対岸で釣りをしていたりして、日常の風景が素敵。部屋のインテリアも、民家の風情で落ち着く。 宿のスタッフとの気さくなコミュニケーションも楽しく、のんびりと快適に過ごせる。 なお、徒歩圏にはコンビニもあるので、利便性も高い。
朝食はパンのほか、カオマンガイも選べた。

Property is situated on the water a short Tuk-Tuk ride from the tourist sites of Ayutthaya. Acting as a concierge, Duke was key to making the most out of our stay. Almost instantly responsive on WhatsApp he organized the essential Tuk-Tuk rides and provided excellent advice.

Fantastisk hyggeligt home stay!
Havde en enkelt overnatning her, men havde gerne brugt en dag mere! Man bor hos de sødeste mennesker, og stedet er super hyggeligt og roligt. Der er en masse planter i haven, og en masse detaljer på værelset der virkelig bidrager til den hyggelige stemning. Det er nemt at få hjælp til at bestille taxi til lufthavnen, Tuk Tuk tur rundt i byen, eller sejltur på floderne.

Wonderful place to stay so happy!
I’m so glad we experienced this gem of a property. I didn’t quite know what a home stay was being used to contemporary hotels but yes please this is heaven. They take wonderful care of you with amazing breakfast. Gorgeous property. Loved the temple boat tour they arranged all sorts of things for us. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and owner they are so very kind. Very special place. Thank you for the use of the bikes too!

Location was perfect! Right on the river....The owner was very kind and spoke English. (helpful for me). The room was very clean and beautiful. Private river boat ($1200 baht) picked us up in front of the property and took us on a tour. Did I mention great location. Easy Tuk Tuk to the night market for dinner. I would love to stay here again.

The location is just river side and surrounded with lots of nature. The room is traditional and woody style by very clean. The owner and staff were very hospitable to me. I definitely wanna chose the same accommodation again when I come back to Ayutthaya next time.

It's a good place!! If you love the natural places this is definitely the place. They are not a English speakers but they help all the time, they bring me a bicycle for the tour and if you need something they going to help you.

If anyone wants Thai style of living experience, this is the place. Thai breakfast was served in a beautiful setting and the staff was very friendly. The massage in the room was so relaxing and the view from the room was outstanding as well.

Double Room River View　と　Traditional Thai House にそれぞれ泊まりましたが両方とも素晴らしかったです。人々はとても親切で暖かくとても楽しい旅行になりました。野外で食べる朝食も美味しく大変満足です。 強いて言えば訪問する際にタクシーとかトクトクのドライバーが場所を分からず、知名度があまり高くないようなので少し苦労しました。
