"Clean room"
INNSiDE by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas
8/10 Good
"We went on a 2-week driving trip around southern Spain. We used INNside as our pre/ post airport stop because of its proximity to the airport. When we arrived in Spain, we used our stay at INNside to get through jet lag and the day before we left Spain, we used INNside as the place to gather, repack, and prepare to leave the country. The location for proximity to the airport is great. We did not use the hotel shuttle because we could not figure out where to catch it at the airport or its schedule, but an Uber between the hotel and the airport was easy. There is a very nice grocery store and farmacia next to the hotel which was super convenient -- we were able to load up for our driving trip around Spain very easily. We did not use the hotel pool, but we did eat at the hotel restaurant several times and were never disappointed. The burrata salad there was one of the best ones we had in Spain! The rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. I will note that INNside is NOT convenient to anything in Madrid itself. We had a few things we wanted to do in Madrid, and it was a pretty expensive Uber/ Taxi ride to get there because of the distance. Also, I will note that INNside seems to get a lot of large tour groups checking in in the afternoons -- they arrive on a large bus. You will want to make sure you are done with your services before the bus arrives."

"Clean, quiet, modern, excellent breakfast, next to good grocery store and near the commuter train station that will get you to the airport or downtown. Only thing was the wifi, which didn't work for some websites."
Novotel Madrid Feria and Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel for the price. It is also in a good location when you want to fly our the next day, just one Metro stop from the airport (terminals 1-3). There is also a huge park, Parque Juan Carlos, literally next to it. Give the proximity to the airport there isn't too much around. I did picked this hotel to be quickly at the airport, so the other things were more secondary. Still there are some restaurants around in walking distance and a convenience store at a nearby gas station that basically has everything you might need. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. The staff is also very helpful. The only thing I wish would have been bigger was the fridge, which was just a minibar and does not have a lot of space. If I am back in Madrid, I would use this hotel again."

Hotel ILUNION Alcalá Norte
8/10 Good
"- Easy check-in (about 5-10mins), can be done online as well - Functional cards to access the rooms; had one issue that was resolved in 5mins - I have not personally tried the food over there but I’ve been told it’s not terrible - I’ve not used the laundry systems but there is a paper in the closet with the prices; seems kind of expensive honestly since it’s a cost per piece of clothing; same thing for ironing - Rooms are very nice, bathroom as well, bidet included. Only thing is that flushing may be complicated for people with physical disabilities as it was already difficult without any. It’s a button that you have to push harder than what would be expected. The cleaning team is nice, but I will say that once it’s past 11-12, it is unlikely that they will pass again even if we indicate that the room is free to be cleaned - 2 different metro stations near (15 mins on foot: Suanzes has a hill to climb up a little and Torre Arias is much more simple. There’s also different bus stations nearby (28 -> Puerta de Alcàla; 105 -> Airport (big luggages aren’t allowed on); 153 -> no clue). Main city is easily accesible within 30-40mins - Communication with the hotel team is easy with a little Spanish skill; they speak a little english as well so it’s easy to bridge both languages - Gym available; didn’t use it, but it seemed to have enough equipment to work out Overall: 4/5, I never really had to think much about the hotel in a negative sense, but it didn’t stick out to me :p"
Sercotel Madrid Aeropuerto
8/10 Good
"Hotel Sercotel Airport is a convenient facility nothing fancy just the basic essentials for a good night sleep. They serve continental breakfast from 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM for early birds that has to catch a flight early in the morning They also serve full breakfast from 7:00 AM til 10:00 AM with all of the essentials available and very good taste Over all Sercotel is a good option to stay in Madrid nearby the Airport I will return to Sercotel"
Axor Feria
8/10 Good
"This is a terrific, modern, well-equipped, and well-run property. My only disappointment was that the pool opens at eleven, and that was the time I needed to catch the airport shuttle. :-/ One more thing I'd like to point out to reviewers is that it's relatively far from the center of Madrid. I stayed here only because I wanted to be close to the airport to catch a flight on my last day."

"The Junior Suite was very spacious, and the hotel was so close to the Madrid Airport. We booked the suite, the buffet breakfast, and worked out in the fitness room - everything was first rate and the pricing was so good!"
