분명 금연 방인데 본인은 담배를 피우는데 불구하고 담배 찌든 냄새 때문에 눈이 아픔. 침대 상단 부분 전화기, 램프있는 곳 바닥은 최소 한달 동안 먼지를 제거하지 않은 것 같이 먼지가 쌓여 있고, 전화기 위에는 번호를 누르고 싶지 않을 정도로 먼지가 쌓여 있음. 5성급 호텔인데 청결 상태 매우 부족. 정말 부족 너무

5성급 호텔인데 스탭이 영어 못합니다. 한국어를 하는 스탭도 있지만 많지 않으며, 저녁에는 없어서 룸서비스도 쉽지 않았음. 금연 방에 머물렀는데 맞은편 방에서 문 열고 담배펴서 담배 냄새 다 넘어옴. 3박 머물렀는데 청소 상태도 깨끗하진 않았으며, 샤워부스 하수구도 막혀있었음.... 예민하지 않으면 머무르기 편하지만, 5성인데 이런게 너무 실망했습니다.
