"Excellent place to stay in a city. The room was spacious and clean. The AC made the heat of the day seem like a half forgotten memory. Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2

"Our family suite was very comfortable, large and luxurious, built in the new wing of the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Especially Jim, at the front desk gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants all of which turned out to be great. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake, just minutes away from the heart of the old quarter. Highly recommended!!!"

As soon as we entered the hotel, we were welcomed in such a friendly manner. This was also again provided through out our stay. "The location is superb - right in the middle of the old quarter with all its charm. Walk to everything. Rooftop bar and pool was superb offering amazing skyline views. The spa waa excellent with high quality massage. The breakfast was also very good. The best part was the staff - so caring and attentive. It mase our stay very special. "

"Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "
