"We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful property nice and close to everything in the Old Quarter but couldn’t hear any road noise from our rooms which was so nice when getting a restful night’s sleep. Rooms were always kept so nice and clean and comfortable too! The staff were all so amazing - they really went above and beyond! The check-in experience was so relaxing, the assistance getting to our rooms, the attention to detail in the information they give you, and how friendly and genuine they all were! Can’t commend the staff enough - greeting us by name, asking about our day and making sure we were looked after. Concierge also looked after us when we inquired about booking in for a day cruise and made the whole process so easy which was so nice especially being in a foreign country. The breakfast buffet was also great! At first it doesn’t seem like much but you can sit down and order items off the inclusive menu for a chef to prepare it fresh - such an amazing idea and we loved having breakfast everyday! Can’t recommend Hotel du Lac Signature highly enough! Made our honeymoon so special!"
