The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. "Brand new property. Just opened 2 months ago according to staff. We just stayed there for 1 night passing by Hai Duong. Staff was attentive, Spacious 2 bedrooms suite. No complaints! "

"1.Not good for business travellers as there is no desk in the room; 2. Room temp is not changable (Central A/C). One will need to wear a jacket in thw room 3. Most staff don't speak English 4. The hotel is very new and very clean"
